Returns & Exchanges – Within 5 Days

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Please include your order number or invoice when returning or exchanging.

  • Products with physical damage (such as scratches, breakage, or bending) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-returnable & Non-exchangeable Items:

  • Custom or personalised jewellery

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Orders placed using two or more coupon codes

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • The original delivery cost of the product will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • If the return is not approved, the product will be returned to you.

Return & Exchange Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges unless the product was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns and exchanges.
